You might wonder why I only have these images here. Actually, I brought my digital camera with me but I wasn't able to check it's battery. Before meal I took only few photos and the battery signals replacement. After eating I tried to open it and..........lol there's the little reserved battery power that gives me the picture below. I'm so sorry but I swear it is truly Luscious!

Garlic
Onion
Green Pepper
Soy Sauce
Salt to taste
Chicken Meat (cut into small pieces)

Simply:
Saute' garlic and onion. Add green pepper.
Add chicken meat and cooked for 5 minutes.
Then add seasoning.

Meat balls with carrots and chayote.

You'll need:

1/4 kilo ground meat

with:

1 large carrot

1 medium chayote

1 ball onion

3 cloves garlic

1 cup all purpose flour

fish sauce, salt, mono sodium glutamate, and pepper to taste

Here's how:

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until it becomes evenly mixed.

Make balls according to your desired size.

Deep fry in a medium heat until golden brown.

A million dollar cocktail.

Ingredients are:

ice cubes
gin
grenadine syrup
pineapple juice
sweet wine

and:
pineapple and red cherry for garnishing

Here's how:

Pour all ingredients in a shaker.
Shake well.
Strain into a high ball glass with ice cubes.
Garnish with pineapple and red cherry.
Serve cold.

Sweet Potato and Moringa Patty

Ingredients:
1/2 cup malunggay (Moringa Oleifera)
3/4kl. sweet potato (boiled)
1/4 kl. squash (boiled)
1/2 kl. cake flour
4 pcs. eggs
Onion
Pepper

Procedure:
1. Boiled sweet potato and squash.
2. Mince onion and pepper.
3. Combine all ingredients and fry for about 1 tablespoon of the mixture.
4. Remove from heat if both sides are already golden brown.
5. Serve with sauce.
6. If used as a burger patty, veggies can be added too.

An ice cream stall at Plaza Toledo. The newest department store in our City. Creamee D-lite is a soft ice cream which is very affordable.

Creamee D-lite can be acquired through franchising. It's franchise fee is P99,000 which can be renewed after 5 years. The total capital investment needed is P395,000.

It's a soft served ice cream with a nutritious twist. It is only P7. Isn't it affordable?

Large pizza from yellow cab. We were at Ayala, Center Cebu when Ann (a college friend) and I met our old friend who treated us this delicious pizza. It was my first time at the yellow cab.

Carbonara

My long lost friends treat at the dessert factory. The I researched for it's recipe. The link is attached at my image.

Ingredients

2 cans Creamed of Mushroom Soup (preferably Campbell)
250 ml All Purpose Cream (Nestle)
200 grams sweet ham, in small squares
200 grams bacon, shredded
Spinach Fettucine (400 grams noodles are green and I like the contrast of the white creamy carbonara sauce against the green noodles)
1 head garlic
a dash of nutmeg
a dash of pepper
Olive Oil
1/2 cup parmesan cheese for topping

Preparation

1. Prepare the pasta (fettuccine noodles) based on instructions. Set Aside.

2. Fry the bacon until brown and not too crispy. Set Aside 1/4 for topping and the rest for the sauce.

3. In a sauce pan, saute garlic with olive oil. Add ham and 3/4 of the fried bacon.

4. Add the 2 cans of creamed mushroom soup with 2 cans of water.

5. Add the cream. Mix well.

6. Season with nutmeg and pepper.

7. If the bacon or ham you bought was too salty that it made the sauce salty as well, just mix in additional cream to neutralize the salty taste.

8. Serve the sauce and noodles separately. Top with bacon bits.

Serves 15-20 persons.

Summer treat by one of our classmates in college. Halo-halo special from Dessert Factory Ayala, Cebu.

A photo with empty halo-halo cups taken during our first meeting after 11 years. The meeting was held at Ayala, Cebu at the terrace on April 17, 2010. We met for a very important purpose. Our "Batch reunion". This will be our first reunion since we graduated in college on March 1999.
